What is a VIP Table Hold reservation?
A VIP table hold is a reservation in the main food hall for parties of 4+. This features the table dressing, runners, lights and setup which is perfect for a larger party on a busy night that wants to arrive to a reserved space. The cost is $10 per head plus tax.
What is the grace period for arrival?
The grace period for a reservation is 15 minutes, after which the hold will be lifted. For Tasting Table, we will fire all food orders by the 30th minute after the reservations time regardless of whether the party is complete.
What is a Tasting Table reservation?
Tasting Table is a pre-fixe menu selected by our culinary director. It includes multiple dishes from an assortment of food vendors. Not every vendor is included every time. The service style is full-service, meaning you will not have to pay separately or wait in line. Beverages are NOT included (unless purchased as an additional package) and available onsite for an additional charge with many selected pairings.
How do I reserve Jojo’s Beloved Cocktail Lounge?
You can do that through the RESY link on the Jojo’s webpage. Look for reservations titled “Jojo’s Beloved.”
What if I am booked under one reservation type and I’d like to switch to another reservation type?
You will need to cancel the first reservation and rebook under a new reservation.
Can I substitute dishes on the Tasting Table?
Substitutions are not allowed at this time, due to the fact that we put preparation time in and coordinate amongst multiple parties.
How often does the Tasting Table menu change?
We change 2-3 times per year.
What if I am late for my reservation?
There is a grace period of 15 minutes on Food Hall reservations. The entire party for a Tasting Table reservation must be seated within 30 minutes of the reservation time.
What is included in a VIP Table Hold reservation?
A food hall reservation is a table hold only and does not include any food, drink, or service staff. It does include table dressing.
What is included in a Tasting Table reservation?
The pre-fixe menu is included. Drinks are not included. Service and service fees are included.
Does Tasting Table include an auto-gratuity?
Yes. 20%.
Are there cancellation fees?
There are no cancellation fees for Food Hall reservation. Tasting Table reservation are paid in advance and non-refundable. Jojo’s Beloved reservations do not charge a cancellation fee.
